The machine produces
high quality clean cut sheets with invisible nicks. Its simplified chase
& cutting plate design facilitates quick setup. The cutting form features

equipped with triple action stripping device to ensure accurate removal
of strips and small pieces not required.
Also the machine contains

Folder Gluers

folder gluers to meet the international quality standards possibilities
of 4 corned gluing, straight line gluing, double wall gluing crash lock
gluing and many more.
The unique triple folding
section provides stable gluing for boxes of many sizes.
Long known for their
speed and versatility, Sugano`s folder-gluers can now be equipped with
an optional computer control system that further upgrades performance.
Using a magnetic memory card, it only takes 90 seconds to change the machine`s
setting. The computer also calculates the paper thickness and creased lines
accordingly. These and other advanced features results in improved operational
efficiency and productivity.
