Company launches multi-purpose combi press
Webtech Engineering (P) Ltd is a leading manufacturer of flexo printing and converting machines. The company did more than 200 installations in the last five years. It has launched XPLOR, the largest combi - press, one of its kind in India of 12 colour printing and multi output for a security printing process in Faridabad.
This machine is equipped with separate printing stations of offset, flexo, gravure, and inkjet, UV and IR drier, web video inspection, multi output like sheets and rolls.
XPLOR is designed to incorporate different range of products like sheet out put in 23’’ X 18’’, A-4 size book printing, commercial publishing, hard cover printing up to 180 GSM, business forms in all sizes, reel output on normal and coated papers. Art paper printing can also be done with UV drying attachment.
The working width and variable cut off system makes it capable for a wide range of printing jobs. Other latest features like online variable data and digital imaging can also be installed.
``This machine is specially designed for printers who cater to a wide range of products. In general practice they have to install different machines for all these operations but with XPLOR, its possible to do them on the same machine, thus saving valuable capital and using minimum floor space,`` informs Kishore Kumar, Marketing Manager, Webtech.
