Wintek Flexo Prints is the leading Label manufacturers in and around Bangalore. It has decided to acquire a GALLUS EM-280 flexo label press to expand its market base in the rapidly growing liquor, pharma, cosmetic & consumer goods segment of the industry.
The 8 colour EM 280 Gallus has a maximum print size of 280 mm and can print on all standard PS materials and paper starting at 60gsm. It is a very flexible and versatile machine for combining printing processes with a short set-up time for each job and a quick-change platform and rapid ink change system. Wintech will hope to add the Rotary Screen and the Hot Foil stamping unit in the future. ``We made a detailed analysis and put in a lot of thought in our decision. Since the time Heidelberg Drugmachinen AG increased its stake in Gallus Holding AG to 30 percent in 1999, the two companies have been working in close collaboration. In India, the Gallus Products are distributed and serviced by Heidelberg (India) Ltd.
