Windmoller And Holcher Install Flexo Press At Bilcare
Bilcare Ltd. installed the Primaflex flexo press from Windmoller and Holcher in its R&D centre at Pune in Decmeber last year. The Primaflex is an 8 colour press and is ideal to produce short and medium runs with maximum commercial efficiency. Owing to its outstanding flexibility, the press can print plastic films, aluminum foils, paper and laminates with equally good quality.
A number of features contribute to the ease of operation and the handling of the machine. The modern Procontrol® TS operating concept ensures that all production steps are under control at any time. Machine commands are easy to enter via the touch screen. Fast sleeve changeover and the requirements of next job are provided by manually operated plate cylinder and anilox roll bearings, which are easy to access on the operating side of the machine, resulting in short set-up times and a notably increased effective up-time of the presses.
