Launching `Twinpack` automatic pallet stretch wrapping and strapping machine.
Packolabel Systems Pvt. Ltd. will be launching the 'Twinpack' automatic pallet stretch wrapping and strapping machine this India Packaging Show. The machine is a combination of approved 'Cyklop' machines. The GL 215 stretch wrapper and the XP 112 MVB strapping line have been combined in the Twinpack. The Twinpack is centrally controlled, which ensures optimal operation. Equipped with the high tension sealer head CFH 1, guarantees a perfect strapping result. The combination of these two techniques allows a pre selection of many different packing combinations. The machine has the 2 cross strapping, 2 lengthwise strapping, cross strapping and lengthwise strapping programmes.
Salient features include heavy-duty main frame of rugged steel construction, colour sapphire blue, automatic strapping head CFH 1 with friction weld seal, head travel device (700 mm) for load contact and strap tension equalising device (floating mount). In addition is the modular concept that include easy head accessible from either side for quick maintenance, service when required, strap track (chute) made of grooved aluminium profiles and fixed to machine frames. There are spring loaded flaps, reciprocating strap lance to apply strap through the pallet void, strap dispenser with slack accumulation and take-up, type KA-4, GL 215 semi automatic stretch wrapper with motorised eco-stretch system and 1,675 mm diameter turntable with 4 x 90° stop positions to apply strapping
and standard ramp for maximum load weight of 1,500 kg.
