At this IPS, Inter Label Industries (P) Ltd, Harikrushna Machinetech, Maharshi Udyog, and Brothers Pharmamach India (P) Ltd. are coming up with the latest labeling equipments on display. Inter Label will be displaying semi automatic labeling machines that work for low/ average output for the application on wrap around and semi wrap around labels on cylindrical products and heavy duty label dispensers with enhanced label sensing and easy set up. These dispensers use latest PTC electronic technology making label length adjustments very easy. The machine gives easy access to dispensed labels, works with short label upto 6 mm of length and gives small footprint. Also look out for fully automatic labeling machines from the company. Other machines in view would include shrink sleeve applicator from Harikrushna. The machine is specially designed having an infeed conveyor / feeding device / accurate detection mechanism by fiber optic sensor / adjustable knife plate / brush and shrink tunnel mechanism for proper application.
It is useful for cap sealing, overall bottle sealing / and full body and middle body sealing. Also suitable for PVC / PET /OPS material with minimum thickness of film being 35 micron. Output speed up to 250 bottles / minute is achievable. Also amongst the running equipment will be sticker labelling machines and labels from Maharshi Udyog. Brothers will display automatic sticker labeling machine suitable for application on vials, bottles, jars and other products with speed upto 250 labels per min. with online coding system semi automatic wet glue labeling, machine, suitable for application on various sizes of bottles jars, tins etc. used in pharmaceuticals, food and beverage and other allied industries.
