This year at the IPS, Arshad Electronics (P) Ltd, Electronic Devices and Enercon Asia Pacific Integrated Systems Sales are putting their induction cap sealing system on display. The Sigma III online induction cap sealing machine is on display from electronic devices. The machine is India's first completely air cooled online induction cap sealer. It is specially designed for the pharmaceutical production environment. Features of the machine include ED-Vantage PLUS monitoring system, recipe storage, edit and recall, exclusive batch processor, precise adjustment of sealing head height with recall feature and 100 percent container inspection of seal process.

Being a non-contact process, high production speeds are met resulting in large quantities of containers being packed and more supply is generated in less time. This is beneficial for the packer as well as security in case of spillage, contamination and tampering. The ACS series by Arshad Electronics and the wide range of cap sealers for food, pharmaceutical, beverage, and household by Enercon will hit the floor this August at IPS.
