SCA Group makes in roads in to India
The largest tissue paper producer in Europe
Europe’s largest tissue producer, the SCA group is all set to enter India. The $9.8 billion Swedish paper giant, which ranks amongst the top players globally in the tissue market has already opened its branch office in the country and will start with its brand tork through a tie up with Johnson Diversey for the AWH (away from home segment) in India.
Reine Hagman, Commercial Director, AFH Tissue, SCA Hygiene in an interview to a news paper said, ``We will start with Tork in partnership with our sole distributor with whom we work in other countries as well. Our branch office here will be involved in a collaborative effort for brand strategy. Eventually we would be launching our other products in India.’’
