Wider spectrum of `Shrink Packaging Systems`
Shrink packaging System has launched Automatic collating and shrink-wrapping machine at Printpack 2005. This five years old company has also launched a high speed shrink wrapping machine, F3 from Shankilin, USA and Strapping machine, HP- 78S from Clear Pack, China.
The indigenous wrapping machine is a versatile model that include flexibility of lay out, wash- down version of mineral water, juices and bottled drinks, dual safety system on seal jaw, safety interlocked access doors and safety timing on pneumatic pushers. It has clip in sealing pad and jaw assembly, PLC control and variable speed AC motor of conveyor for easy maintenance. It has quick-change pusher plate and digital read out on adjustments for quick change over of jobs.
The Shanklin Model F3 runs at a speed of 50-packages/ min and provides maximum film width of 44``. It has emergency stop button, which instantly stops all machine function until manually reset, multiple safety interlocks, emergency reverse, low voltage sensors and actuators and temper resistant controls.
The Clear Pack Semi Automatic Strapping Machine, HP- 78S is made of Aluminium die casting parts that make it lighter in weight. It provides strap width of 5- 15.5 mm with cycle time of 2- 3 seconds.
Shrink Packaging System has offices in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, the UAE and Vietnam.
