Paper Products Ltd., one of India's leading and best known players in flexible packaging, has commissioned a new Rs. 65 crore plant at Rudrapur in Uttaranchal. Commercial production has commenced during January 2007 and many customers are already being serviced from this facility.
The plant is capable of producing the full range of flexible packaging laminates for a wide variety of packaging applications and shrink and stretch sleeves for labelling. High quality rotogravure printing in up to 9 colours can be delivered from this plant.
The plant will primarily cater to the requirements of customers in North India and has been located keeping in mind the many new end-user plants that are coming up in Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh.
