Fabcon to display a wide variety of products at IPS.
Fabcon will display a wide variety of products at the IPS. On show will be the 'Bucket Elevator' designed by the company for rugged work environment and continuous feeding / conveying of varied items. The 'Metal D' technology detects the metal impurities in food, pharma, condiment etc. and the automatic cleaning systems are brought in for the parts of multihead weigher. The flexible screw conveyors by the company accommodates quick release clamp for rapid stripping down of the equipment. These conveyors are an ideal method of feeding product to process vessels, mixers and packaging machines.
Also on display will be the JEROS 8130 utensil washer, high speed online 'Checkweighers' with the configuration of 200 checks per minute and the auto CB (cardboard) box erector. The erector automatically stretches the CB box from its closed form to the erected shape and tapes it from the bottom. This box can then be moved on the power roller conveyor for stuffing and dispatch applications. This can be further integrated with a fully automatic taping and strapping system. Fabcon will also introduce a range of new products for the pre and post-packaging applications at the exhibition.
