Nuzen is a duplex slitting machine with differential shaft technology
Nuzen is incorporated with most of the operator friendly features and options offered globally. The slitters include wide range of speed of 350 /450/600/700 mtr/min, in different widths. All models are capable of handling wide range of web widths and even wide range of thickness from 10-250 microns.
Nuzen S-917, the economic slitter of 350 mpm speed, is very much in demand with features like differential shaft technology with ball type expandable friction clutches, floating type shaft less unwind station with chucks, completely automated machine with programmable logic controllers, vector controlled regenerative drives for efficient synchronisation, completely programmed tension control system and stationery & angential shear cutting system. Nuzen S-917 is capable of handling all types of laminates, paper and films like BOPP, Polyester, PVC, etc.
