Nalco with excellent production results for the year 2001-02
Nalco, India’s largest producer and exporter of aluminium has come out with excellent production results for the year 2001-02. The production of Metal has increased from 230,516 tonne to 232,130 tonne. Similarly the company’s alumina refinery has recorded highest production result. Alumina hydrate has increased from 9.31 lakh tonnes to 11.50 lakh tonnes and calcined alumina from 9.39 lakh tonnes to 11.13 lakh tonnes as compared to previous year. On the marketing front too, the company has established new records.
