Launching the latest innovation laser reflection embossing system.
Atlas Industrial Corporation is introducing the latest innovation laser reflection embossing system for packaging design at the India Converting Show. This system, besides enhancing the beauty of the designs, also ensures safety from being copied. The embossing press adopts cylinder-to-cylinder structure with steady pressure. The pressure can easily be adjusted with different thickness of paper. The machine is equipped with imported Mitsubishi control system and human-machine interface making the operation accurate and reliable. Using the transducer to control the speed, and the embossing speed is adjustable at a touch of screen.
The wheel is designed with quick warm-up time, temperature control ranges of 80-150 C and easily adjustable pressure with high precision. The machine is applied to embossing and ink-free printing. It is also pollution-free, consumes low power and is odorless; making different graphic images which can be specially designed for the customer, as per the requirement.
