J K Paper are setting up a new state-of-the-art coated multilayer paperboard plant. It is being located at their existing Central Pulp Mills facility at Songadh (Dist. Surat) and will produce 60,000 MT of paperboard per year. This will make them the second-largest player in the rapidly expanding coated paperboard market in India. The plant is due to be commissioned during the first quarter of 2007.
