Abhishek Print Line will launch a new big size hot stamping machine at IPS this year. The product is a multi-purpose hot stamping machine, which can be used to hot stamp on flat, cylindrical or conic products. Rotating rubber roller contact work piece is linear to prevent from dubble generation.
High precision photo sensor is used for control and monitor of foil feeding with dots. The foil without dots can be controlled by a timer. Worktable stroke is adjustable so that different length of work piece can be hot stamped. Stamping pressure, temperature, speed and height is adjustable. This machine comes with iron cast construction making it strong and compact.
The machine is broadly used for surface decoration of daily cosmetics, electronic product, athletic sports appliances, stationery, toy packing, food packing, plastic accouterments etc. Specifications include max. hot stamping area of 200 x 270 mm, max workpiece diameter of 220 mm, max hot stamping pressure of 550kg/cm2, hot stamping table of 300 x 700 mm, machine dimension of 180 x 70 x 190 cm and machine weight approximated at 350 kgs.
