Sick India Pvt. Ltd. will display the inspector vision sensor, universal vibration limit switches for liquids and new CLV630/ 640 bar code scanners with high reading and network performance at the India Automation Show this year. The inspector vision sensor by Sick India inspects part details such as contour, contrast, and greyscale areas at any position or rotation of the part. The Inspector is an intelligent vision solution in an easy-to-use sensor package. No matter at what angle or orientation the product comes down the line, the Inspector is up to the challenge verifying completeness and quality. And the Inspector provides a simple pass/fail output, ensuring only the correct product makes it through. The Inspector is also fast and is able to keep up to the quickest line speeds.
The CLV 630 line scanner standard comes with read field range from 60 to 730 mm, resolution from 0.35 to 1 mm, data transmission rate from 2.4 to 115.2 kbaud, frequency of 400 to 1,200 hz, wave length of 655 nm, current consumption of 5.5 w and ambient operation temperature of 0 to 40° C. The 640 series also has many designs including the oscillating mirror scanner standard, line scanner standard, oscillating mirror scanner ethernet and line scanner ethernet.
