Innovative Flexotech (P) Ltd will display its photopolymer plate making equipment, solvent recovery unit and negative positive film making systems at the exhibition. The company has installed photopolymer plate making machine all over the world. Equipment from the company include label/ card/ pad/ stamp for letterpress flexograogy, for letterpress model series A2SS, for flexography series A2 SSF and for water-wash flexo series C-A2SSF. Regular line for flexography/ vanishing include models series 2430 3040 and 4050. Jumbo line for flexography include model series 1600, 2001 and 2002 with plate making size of 42 x 62 inch, 42 x 80 inch and 42 x 80 inch. The line includes exposure plus dryer plus treatment (EDT) rotary washout unit (RW).
The 80L-RH recovery unit is designed for recovery of flexographic photopolymer plate solvent washout chemical and any environmental green chemical with specialties of distilling and cooling. It can be connected with in-line processor and any plate washout machine directly. The machine also comes with cold air circulation and drain out of residue for high speed recovery. Its super recovering rate in the shortest time makes it ideal and high efficient recovery unit for flexographer.
