The range starts from low weight high power aluminium worm gearbox speed reducers to powerful cast iron casing helical gearbox speed reducers. Stepless variators for variable output speed are also available. Bonvario Eurodrives BL series aluminium casing gearboxes are manufactured with high quality material in order to guarantee the maximum reliability and strength for long life of the gearbox.
Worm shaft are made of steel which are case hardened to 58-60 HRC and profile ground. The thread grinding in the gear ratios that the module value permits is carried out with ZI- profile. This improves the contact between the toothed surface and therefore performance of the gearbox. This also reduces operating noise of the gearbox. The worm wheel has a G20 cast iron hub onto which a casting in AS 1 bronze RIM is fitted. BV series planet cone-disk stepless mechanical variator is a new generation of products developed by the company on the basis of advanced technology.
The BV series stepless mechanical variators are widely used for conveying, ceramics, packing, chemical, textile, foodstuffs, medicine, printing, rubber, machine-tools and all kinds of automatic production lines, pipelines and assembly lines which need speed-regulation.
Its main features include high speed-regulating precision, large speed-changing range (the speed ratio ranges from 1/1.4 to 1/7 freely), high in strength and long in service life, smooth in driving, low in noise, stable in performance, continuous and easy in adaptation. It can be combined with all kinds of speed reducers to achieve low stepless speed-changing and is made of high-quality aluminium alloy diecast.
