HP to acquire Snapfish
Aims to capitalize on fast growing online market


In its efforts to capitalize on the growing online photo printing market, Hewlett – Packard will soon acquire Snapfish, an online photo service co. An established name in the market, Snapfish has more than 13 m registered users and is the largest online photo service firm according to HP. The financial terms of the proposed acquisition have not been disclosed so far.
