Packaging machines are broadly classified into three categories – Form Fill & Seal, Wrapping & Special Purpose Machines. Form Fill & Seal Machines are single track, multi track, servo driven high speed intermittent and continuous motion machines to pack uneven products like chips, Kurkure and granules, powders & liquids. Wrapping Machines are flow wrap, over wrap and candy wrap machines to pack solid products like candy, biscuits, electrical switches, IV fluid bottles etc.
Special Purpose Machines are brick pack, pick fill & seal and pouch making machines. These machines are capable of packing products in pre formed pouches or brick packs. The pre formed pouches are stand up, stand up with zipper / slider type. These pouches are made on pouch making machines.
Semi automatic machines like vacuum nitrogen flushing & sealing machines, flexomatic for packing liquids and band sealers are also offered by the company. Printing & allied machines include printing machines, lamination machines (dry lamination & solventless lamination), inspection machines, slitting machines & doctoring machines. Combi laminator for both dry & solventless lamination is available on the same machine.
