Ashika Capital Ltd. on behalf of Rajul Jhaveri has announced the open offer for Flexo Films Wraps India Ltd. The offer will open on august 3, 2005 and close on august 22nd 2005.
The acquirer is making an open offer to the shareholders of Flexo Film Wraps India Ltd. to acquire up to Rs115.2m equity shares of Rs5 each, representing 20% of its paid up equity and voting share capital at a price of Rs10 per share payable in cash.
