Packaging goods firm Flex Industries Ltd has raised $72 million through an overseas convertible bond issue to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
In December, the company's board had approved raising upto $250 million through an overseas issue of securities.
Flex shares were up 1.1 per cent at Rs 220.15 in the Mumbai market.
