Creed Engineers brings in `Omega` range of slitter inspection rewinder.
Creed Engineers will display the 'Omega' range of slitter inspection rewinder at the show. The Omega tt270 has been specially developed to offer a robust table top rewinder with many features normally only found on larger more expensive inspection/slitting equipment. Accurate tension control settings can be achieved with independent air operated unwind and rewind tension controls. The unwind and rewind mandrels incorporate a mechanical locking system, which ensures positive grip without distorting the label core and finished reel.
Schober magnetic ticket processing (MTP) line makes it easier when producing electronically readable data carriers, such as ATB and ATB2 tickets, boarding passes, wallets, parking tickets and ISO-cards. The MTP is designed as an off-line version to work with pre-printed paper rolls independently of any printing press. The standard equipment of the MTP includes unwinding device, hot tape transfer unit, numbering and encoding, punching, length cutting device and cross perforation, folding device and conveyor table. Schober also provides a simple and quick solution to place RFID transponders or EAS tags under pre-printed self adhesive lables.
