Brief us on the new FlexiBlock System of Nichrome.
FlexiBlock System is a combination of Nichrome Excel cup filler and the Flexiblock attachment. This system blends form-fill and seal technology and specialized top shaping system for flat bottom bags with a variety of closing, and re-sealable options.
The FlexiBlock processes include – pouch feeding into carousal system, vibration mode to settle the product to optimize level, sealing and trimming of excess laminate by 10-15 mm, outer sealing for flap adhesion to the top, top flap bending and sealing and exit from the conveyor.

The main features of FlexiBlock are compactness, high flexibility, fast, simple format change and minimum logistic cost. All functions are controlled by individual drives making it possible to modify the machine at short notice and low cost to satisfy future demands for new packaging styles.
What types of products are packed by FlexiBlock and what is the standard size of packaging?
FlexiBlock can pack solid products like rice, grains, pulses, suger and that between the sizes of 500g to 2 kg.

First of all I would say that there has never been a slowdown in the packaging industry and FFS machine market has seen a continuous growth. Because of the super market culture packaging has seen a revolution and this has brought in lot of scope in the Indian FFS machines market.
