Chandika basks in the splendor of POLLY 566
The machine was showcased by Grafitec International at Drupa 2004

With humble beginnings in 1959 in a small town of Ambala in Haryana, Chandika Press Pvt Ltd has come a long way. After the latest acquisition of its five colour POLLY 566, 4-up sheet-fed offset machine at its printing unit in Chandigarh, Chandika is basking in its splendor.
Kapil Khanna, who was instrumental in taking forward the latest deal is all set to offer quicker printing solutions to his clientele. The deal was clinched at Drupa 2004 where the machine was showcased by Grafitec International. Khanna has found the machine appropriate for the commercial printing segment so far.
Chandika, on its path of progress, pioneered the publication of `The Competition Master’, a monthly magazine targeted at students taking competitive examinations. The magazine, a veteran in the competitive category, is still keeping up its high standards.
Later in 1982, Chandika introduced offset printing method by installing an 8-up sheet offset, a double colour Varient Planeta P-24, along with a phototypesetter, process camera and other allied equipment. A separate division called Kay Dee Associates was set up by Chandika which diversified in to commercial printing in 1987. This was followed by import of the latest pre press digital imaging systems. Being located in a strategically sound place, with its proximity to Baddi, Chandika looks out for better prospects.
