Litel Infrared Systems Ltd. in collaboration with Radiant Energy Systems USA is displaying infrared and hot air dryers at the India Converting Show. The electric hot air drying system is for drying water from a porous PVDF film.
The system consists of an oven, a double grip tractor feed mechanism, an unwind, a wetting station, rewind and complete controls. In the infrared air heater system dry coating, the SFA, medium wavelength electric infrared heater has rapid heat up and cool down capabilities. Heated air enhances the drying process and has independent controls.
