At the India Packaging Show, Atco House of Packaging is going to introduce its versatile range of form, fill and seal (FFS) machine. The company is showcasing its automatic mechanically operated vertical pouch FFS machine to pack viscous liquids ranging from 200ML -2000ML, and model ATCO 500/1000 VISC.
Model 500L is a fully automatic single / double head mechanically operated vertical pouch FFS machine used to pack free flow liquids with float balanced gravity flow filling system. These machines also come with closed body structure and electro magnetic filling system. The packaging range extends from 200 to 1,000 ml.
For the package of viscous liquids with variable drive monoblock centrifugal pump controlled by clutch and break filling system, the company introduces model 1000L, which is a fully automatic mechanically operated machine. Model 500VOL acts as an automatic pneumatic viscous filling system for filling distemper, paints, primers, adhesive etc.
The company is also displaying its innovative single cup, granules and free flow pneumatic FFS machines at the exhibition.
