Hilda Automation, started in 1975 as a centre for precision components manufacture and machine building, has gradually grown into a full fledged one-stop-landmark for total packaging solutions. Among the product range of the company, the automatic PVC shrink sleeve applicator (for body & neck applications) carries the capability of being synchronised with other machine lines. With the production capacity of 250-300 bottles/min, the machine is PLC controlled. It also holds a servo driven motor for high accuracy and can run on different bottle sizes.
The automatic bottle rinsing, filling & capping machine (monoblock) is used for filling water, juice and milk. This fully automatic machine has a filling volume of 200 ml – 2000 ml. This PLC controlled machine has the production capacity of 50 - 60 BPM for 1000 ml. Automatic filling machine with NRV arrangement (pneumatic based) is used for filling water, juice, milk, yoghurt, oil, mango pulp, cream and lubricant. This semi automatic machine has a linear arrangement for filling. This machine can be synchronised with other machine lines and can handle glass & polymer bottles.
